The Assignment: Sonic wanted to replace the existing older Lexus dealership and create a state of the art, image compliant, new dealership on a challenging urban site featuring exceptional customer amenities and a best-in-class service facility.

The Solution: aiDG developed a multi-phase solution which kept the business operational, utilizing the existing pre-owned building, while the new facility was under construction.  The four-story, 50,000 s.f. attached parking deck at the rear of the building allows for a significant increase in new car inventory and incorporates an indoor customer new car display area. Customers are pampered in the two new lounges featuring a panini sandwich and gourmet coffee bar, indoor golf driving net and business center.  The service side of the facility features a triple lane drive through and 51-bay, state-of-the-art service garage.
